Sales Representative

What this job is

This is a field sales role with Inizio Engage, representing a major biotechnology company's products. You'll be based in Daytona Beach, FL, managing that territory.

The partnership is long term, covering Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. It's not just about moving product; you're expected to act as a business partner and consultant. That means understanding the clinical data inside and out and dealing with complex concepts.

Your main responsibilities

• Meet or beat your territory's sales plan. You'll need to build your own strategy to make it happen.
• Build and keep professional relationships with targeted physicians and opinion leaders.
• Your day to day: planning workdays and sales calls effectively to hit activity goals.
• Create and run special programs in your territory, like speakers' bureaus or symposia, to find every possible sale.
• A big one: deliver a current, accurate, and effective sales presentation every time you talk to a customer.
• All the admin stuff; reports, call notes; needs to be done on time, accurately, and legibly.
• You represent the company. Presenting a professional image in all business matters is non negotiable.
• Everything you do must comply with Pharma guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
• Travel is part of the deal. You'll attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.

The experience you should have

A Bachelor's Degree is required. Full stop.

We need at least two years of business or customer service experience. If those years are in sales, even better. Pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred. And if you've got any background in Men's Health? That's a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
• The travel isn't light. You must be willing and able to travel extensively, sometimes staying on location for extended periods. Local travel is daily; overnight trips will happen. You need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
