Tire Technician

Alright, let's talk about this Tire Tech job in Dayton, OH. We're hiring immediately and we'll train you from the ground up. No experience needed.

What you'd be doing

You're handling tires from start to finish. That means selling them, taking old ones off, and putting new ones on for everything from passenger cars to big commercial rigs. Some of that work happens in the shop, and some is roadside service.

It's a physical job. You've got to be able to move and lift 75 pounds or more, sometimes in tight spaces. You'll work in all kinds of temperatures. The schedule rotates between day and night shifts as needed.

• Keep your workspace and the store facility clean and maintained.
• Fix equipment when it breaks down.
• Safety is non negotiable; for you and the customer. You'll follow all our safety rules to the letter.

The kind of person we need

You don't need a background in this. We'll teach you the trade.

• Able to pass a DOT physical and get a medical card (we cover the cost).
• Someone who likes helping people. You'll meet drivers and customers from all over, and your job is to make their trip; and their day; a little better.
• Ready for a hands on role where every day is a bit different.
