What You'll Actually Do

• Show up to every service call ready to give the client a 5 star experience.
• Keep communication open with clients and our internal teams.
• Take direction from the dispatcher and handle it professionally.
• Complete service calls, tune ups, and inspections completely, safely, and professionally.
• Take care of the company equipment and vehicle you're assigned ; follow the repair process when something needs attention.
• Maintain your own personal tools for the role.
• Close out each job with 100% accuracy the moment you finish.
• Log dispatch, arrival, and completion times accurately with the dispatcher.
• Fill out warranty claim forms and submit them with the parts for processing.

You might also handle parts or component replacement calls, warranty service calls, and revenue preventative maintenance or service agreement maintenance calls.

What You Need

• A valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
• Service Titan experience is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.

Pay and Benefits
