What This Practice Looks Like

This is a privately owned, non corporate dental practice in Dayton, OH with deep roots in the community. It's run by Dr. Tom Birong and Dr. Dave Severson ; they partner with locally owned practices to handle the operational side so you can focus on patient care and leading a team. No corporation telling you how to diagnose or treat.

The practice has a loyal, established patient base and strong new patient flow. You'll work side by side with the current owner dentist, with a clear path to becoming the primary provider over time. The team of assistants, hygienists, and front office staff is experienced and collaborative. The operatories are modern, the tech is digital, and the systems are efficient enough that the day actually runs smoothly.

The Role

You're coming in as a General Dentist for a full time position ; four or more days per week. You'll provide comprehensive care: restorative, preventive, and limited surgical dentistry. The focus is on building relationships and earning patient trust, not just churning through appointments.

This is designed as a long term role. Whether you're an experienced dentist looking for a new chapter or a newer grad who wants real mentorship and a future, you'll have clinical autonomy and thoughtful guidance. The goal is for you to eventually step into a lead provider role, with options for partnership, ownership, or just growing into that primary spot.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed daily pay of $1,000 to $1,500 per day ; that guarantee is indefinite, not just for a probation period
• Quarterly bonus opportunity: 32% to 35% or more of your personal collections
