Pavillion Animal Hospital in Dallas, TX is looking for an Associate Veterinarian, either full time or part time. This is a small animal practice that's been around for a while, and we want someone who likes surgery and working with a solid team. No weekends. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm.

What You'd Actually Be Doing

You'll handle medical, surgical, and dental services for dogs and cats. It's a client focused environment, so building relationships with pet owners matters as much as the clinical work. We also have a structured mentorship program if you want to keep growing, especially on the surgery side. The team is collaborative and keeps things positive.

What You Need

A DVM or VMD from an accredited program
Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
At least 3 years of hands on clinical experience preferred
Strong surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills
A real passion for high quality patient care and good client service
