Hey there. I'm a recruiter for Medical City Dallas, and I've been doing this long enough to know what makes a good surgical tech tick. We're looking for someone to join our OR crew on a specific schedule, and we're putting real money behind it.

The Role

You'll be right in the thick of it in the operating room. That means collaborating with surgeons and RNs, handling all the instrumentation and equipment for cases, and being a proficient assistant during surgery. You're the one making sure everything runs smoothly from setup to close.

What You Need to Bring

A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with your CST certification; or you completed a training program in the Armed Forces or Public Health Service; or you were practicing as a Surgical Tech in a healthcare facility before September 1, 2009.
Your current BLS provider card from the AHA or ARC.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, which you need to get within your first 30 days if you don't have it already.
At least two years of experience working in a hospital setting.
Specific experience with transplant or neuro cases is required for this position.

The Schedule & The Offer

This is a full time day shift position. Your core schedule will be Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday shift per week. Those shifts run from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Being on call is part of the job.
