What you’d actually do here
You’ll be the lead architect for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud across AAA’s operations in Dallas, TX. This isn’t a hands off role ; you’ll design the whole thing, from data models to integration flows, and you’ll stay involved as it gets built. You’ll make sure every solution works with AAA’s business goals and their tech standards.
- Lead Salesforce architecture across Sales and Service Cloud, making sure everything lines up with business goals and technology standards.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and Guidewire so front office and back office workflows actually talk to each other.
- Architect and optimize Salesforce–Genesys integrations for omnichannel contact center experiences ; that means voice and digital channels.
- Take business requirements and turn them into real solutions: data models, interaction flows, configuration, and custom development when it makes sense.
- Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and guardrails for security, data quality, performance, and reuse.
- Provide technical leadership to internal and partner teams ; review designs, conduct code and configuration reviews, and coach admins and developers.
- Own the Salesforce technical roadmap for your domains, including evaluating and adopting new features like AI, automation, and digital engagement.
- Partner with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams to make sure solutions comply with architecture, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support release planning and deployment strategies, including CI/CD, environment management, and testing approaches.
What you need to bring
At least 7 years of hands on experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with no fewer than 3 of those years in an architect or lead role. You need deep expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including case management, routing, knowledge, and sales processes. You’ve designed and implemented integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event driven patterns.
- Practical experience with at least one major contact center platform integrated with Salesforce ; Genesys experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with complex data modeling, sharing and security model design, and performance optimization on Salesforce.
- Real skills in gathering requirements, defining user stories, and communicating solution options and trade offs with stakeholders.
- Solid communication and documentation skills ; you can explain complex concepts to people who aren’t technical.
- Experience in insurance, membership, or financial services is preferred, ideally with Guidewire and Genesys integrations to Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Voice and telephony integrations, plus Scheduler (field/service or member appointment scheduling) ; preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and tools for version control and CI/CD in Salesforce environments ; preferred.
