What this job is about

This is a Senior Human Resources Manager role at Uline's Texas Branch in Dallas, TX. You'll be leading HR operations for over 700 employees across warehouse, customer service, and outside sales. Think of it as running the people side of a large, growing operation where those 700+ roles really matter to the business. It starts with you guiding your HR team to recruit and retain great talent while creating a workplace that actually feels exceptional.

What you will actually do

• Build, coach, and develop a high performing HR team that supports Uline's Texas operations end to end.
• Lead recruiting efforts ; you'll interview and hire top caliber employees and leaders, not just process paperwork.
• Partner directly with leadership on hiring decisions, performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
• Tackle everything from daily HR ops to larger strategic moves that keep this branch running smoothly.

What you need to bring

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of recruiting experience in high growth settings ; specifically shift or warehouse environments ; plus previous management experience.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Workday knowledge is a plus here.
• A real understanding of federal employment laws and Texas specific regulations (this isn't optional).
• Willingness to travel for initial training at Uline's other North American locations (they invest in getting you up to speed right).

The pay and benefits

The salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. That part is straightforward. But the benefits package has some teeth too:
