Alright, let's talk about this Superintendent role. We're a design build contractor that's been family owned for over 80 years, and we just opened a new office in Dallas, TX. Our focus is on quality, sustainable buildings across a bunch of sectors; commercial, healthcare, hospitality, you name it. What you'll do

You're running the show on site. That means you're the one making sure everything happens according to the blueprints and stays on schedule. Your day to day will involve coordinating all the subcontractors, keeping a sharp eye on quality and safety, and providing clear direction to get the site prepped and moving.

• Oversee and coordinate all construction site activities.
• Work directly from project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and provide on site direction.
• Perform regular quality control and safety checks.

What you need to bring

We need someone who's been in the trenches and knows how to lead a team through a build. You've got to have solid experience under your belt and be comfortable with the tools we use every day.

• A minimum of 5 years working as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience leading cross functional teams on site.
• You need to be proficient with Procore.
• An OSHA 30 Hour certification is required.
• We're looking for someone who's technically literate, motivated, and works well with others.

The details & what we offer

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 per year. On top of that base salary, there's a project based bonus program. You'll get a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also provide long term disability and voluntary life insurance options.
