About This Role
Alright, let's talk about this LPN opening at Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute. It's a 176 bed facility in Dallas, TX, and they're looking for someone who wants to do more than just a job. They've built this place around a family based model, focusing on patient centered care, personalized spirituality, and quality of life. The goal is pretty big: to change healthcare for the better. If you're a nurse who cares about making real connections and having an impact, this might be your spot.
What you'll be doing
You're the one providing direct nursing services to patients and residents. The focus is on quality and compassionate care, every single time.
- You'll supervise the day to day work of the nursing assistants assigned to you.
- Everything you do follows Federal, State, and Local standards and regulations.
- It's also on you to make sure your team follows the facility's written policies and procedures.
- You report to the Director of Nursing and operate within their guidance.
What you need to bring
Let's be clear about the non negotiables first. You must have these to apply.
- An active LPN license for the state you live in.

Now for the skills that will help you thrive here. We need someone with sharp attention to detail who can keep things accurate and organized. You'll be juggling multiple projects without letting quality slip. Your technical skills and assessment abilities have to be solid, and your documentation needs to be on point. Confidentiality isn't just a policy; it's a daily responsibility.

The culture they're building
This isn't a place where you just follow orders. You're encouraged to use your talents to solve problems. Their whole culture sits on three pillars: Learning, Spirituality, and something they call Intra preneurship; basically acting like an entrepreneur within the company.
