The Job

A warehouse isn't just a place where boxes sit. It's a machine, and you're the person who makes sure every part of that machine runs perfectly. This is a real leadership role at Uline in Dallas, TX, overseeing a 2.5 million square foot distribution center packed with thousands of shipping, industrial, and packaging products.

You'll guide the whole operation ; inbound, outbound, and all the supporting departments that keep things moving. Your crew? Over 500 warehouse employees. Your goal? Keep hitting that same day shipping standard with exceptional accuracy, safety, and performance.

What You'll Actually Do

• Direct day to day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and support teams.
• Develop and empower a group of 500+ warehouse employees to deliver top tier customer service.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and performance every shift.

What You Need to Bring

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of management experience in high volume distribution centers. That includes recruiting and motivating teams of 400 or more people.
• Real skill with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) ; that's a plus, not a hard requirement.
• Solid problem solving instincts and the ability to communicate clearly with a large team.
