Requirements

• A solid grasp of employment laws and what makes a hiring process fair and effective.
• The ability to juggle multiple open roles without letting details slip through the cracks.
• You're comfortable with an ATS; you'll be living in one most days.
• A high school diploma is required; an HR related degree or certification is a plus.
• The mental focus to switch contexts quickly between calls, data entry, and strategy chats.
