Inizio Engage

District Manager

Inizio Engage·Dallas, TX

About This Role

The Gig

Inizio Engage has a long standing partnership with MiniMed, and they're expanding their portfolio of diabetes solutions in primary care. We need a District Manager for Dallas, TX who can lead and develop a team of Diabetes Sales Representatives.

Your reps will focus on driving education, market development, and field execution. The big push right now is the MiniMed Smart MDI (Multiple Daily Injections) solution ; that's the one that integrates a smart insulin pen, continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and smartphone app to deliver personalized, data driven dosing insights. You'll be the person making sure that happens.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Make sure your assigned geography meets or exceeds every single sales target and goal they set
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a high performing district team from the ground up
  • Create regional strategy and short term tactical plans to hit business goals
  • Run consistent performance management ; field coaching conversations are part of your regular routine
  • Spend time in the field with reps to sharpen their selling skills, clinical knowledge, and technical know how around Smart MDI
  • Keep an eye on business analytics ; sales trends, activity data, market share numbers ; so you know where to put resources and where there's room to grow
  • Set the tone for culture, work ethic, accountability, and business ethics across your district
  • Watch competitive threats closely. Share best practices and field insights across the region.
  • Help build business plans and employee development plans. Handle required reporting.
  • Organize training sessions for reps. Be present at conferences and regional meetings.
  • Drive call plan adherence across the district
  • Communicate regularly with Inizio Engage leadership about what's working and what isn't
  • Stay fully compliant with all Inizio and MiniMed policies, procedures, and ethics standards ; no cutting corners here

What You Need to Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industries
  • A real track record of building teams that deliver results through change ; not just surviving it but thriving in it
  • The ability to influence how your team members prioritize things and guide strategic decisions without micromanaging everything yourself
  • Strongly preferred: previous experience managing a CSO field team
