What you need to bring
You've got to have a solid foundation. A high school diploma or GED is required. More than that, we need someone who can keep a lot of plates spinning; literally and figuratively. Strong leadership and clear communication are non negotiable here; you're setting the tone for the kitchen crew.
If you have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field, that's a definite plus. But we know great cooks come from all paths, so your experience is what we'll really look at.
