About the Role
You'd be the person directly running one of our Tier 1 or 2 accounts here in Dallas, TX. That means you own the results for everything from the financials to guest satisfaction and how happy our client is. It's a big job, but it's where you can really see your impact.
What You'll Do
The work breaks down into a few key areas. You're managing the whole show.
- Run the business side of things. You'll need to understand our metrics and find ways to improve performance and profitability.
- Know the client contract inside and out, and spot opportunities to get more out of it.
- You're responsible for moving the needle on forecasting, productivity, customer service stats, claims, and turnover.
- Managing schedules, overtime for your team, tip reporting, and timekeeping all falls to you.
- Making sure forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports are accurate and submitted on time is part of the deal.
- Use our standard business systems properly and make sure everyone follows company policies.
Then there's your team.
- You're involved in recruiting and hiring to bring in the right people.
- Create an environment where good people want to stay. That means listening to feedback from surveys or exit interviews and acting on it.
- A proper orientation and training plan gets new hires started right.
- Recognize great work when you see it, and help top performers grow. But also know where your team needs to improve and provide that coaching.
- Spotting talent and helping develop future leaders is a big part of this role.
- Regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and clear documentation are all on your plate. You'll also run team meetings and ensure shift huddles happen consistently.
The service we deliver is everything.
- The guest experience has to be consistent, no matter the shift. You'll allocate labor smartly to make that happen.
- Work with your Area Manager and HR to forecast for busy seasons so staffing is always right.
- You need to know our client's service standards cold, blending them with Towne Park's own standards seamlessly. Understand their metrics too; we're here to help them hit their goals.
And finally, managing the client relationship itself is critical.
- Build solid working relationships with their staff. Be visible on site; they should see you around.
- Keep a regular meeting schedule with them and always follow through on what you promise. Understand what matters most to them so your whole team can focus on exceeding those expectations. Look for chances to build loyalty that could lead us to more business together.
The Essentials We Need From You
A high school diploma or GED is required. You need at least two years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Basic proficiency with computers (we’re talking Microsoft Office) is necessary. And you have to be at least 18 years old.
The Schedule & Pay
This is a full time position requiring open availability across days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed by business demands.The pay range for this role is $55k - $60k annually.
