Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Start at $36,400 per year. That breaks down to $16.50 an hour base wage plus an extra $1 an hour for the language differential. There's also a bonus on top of that.

You must live in Texas to qualify for this remote position.

What you'll actually do

You take inbound calls from warm leads or current policyholders. These are people who already have a relationship with one of the nation's top insurance providers. You're not cold calling anyone. You'll run a consultation to figure out what the person on the other end actually needs.

Then you match them with the right products and solutions. You explain coverage options, read scripts verbatim when required, and make sure everything is communicated clearly using the resources you're given. When someone has a problem or a question about their insurance or service, you dig in, research it, and find a solution.

Every caller is different. You talk to people from all walks of life. Customizing your help to fit each policyholder's specific situation is a big part of the job. You'll also spot chances to sell additional products that genuinely fit what the customer needs.

What you need

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Comfort on the phone having conversations with strangers
• Ability to read scripts carefully and follow provided resources
• A problem solving mindset ; researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries is part of the daily work
• Residency in Texas
