The Job

You're an Outside Sales Representative for Badger Daylighting in Columbus, OH. This isn't a desk job. • Work with your local branch on sales plans and strategy execution
• Track every opportunity in CRM software to forecast results accurately

What You Need to Bring

You should have 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience where you've consistently exceeded targets. Not just met them ; blown past them. You need a real knack for building long term client relationships that stick.

• Confidence presenting to groups one on one or in front of a room full of decision makers
• A solid track record negotiating contracts and closing deals without losing your nerve
• Strong planning skills ; you organize your time well without someone breathing down your neck
• Crm tools like Salesforce or similar are second nature; Microsoft Office is too (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A self starter attitude who can work alone but also thrives when collaborating with a team
• Selling into construction utilities environmental services or any related industry? That's preferred but not required
