Respiratory Therapist

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment based in Columbus, OH. This isn't your typical job through a-recruiter setup. Trusted lets you apply directly to jobs, skip the phone calls, and keep more of what you earn. It's a straightforward way to work.

The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and you'd be working 12 hour shifts three times a week. Schedule varies, but you'll need to work every other weekend.

What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy in an acute care setting.
• Work nights, covering weekends on a rotating basis.
• Handle holiday scheduling ; you're expected to work one minor holiday from this list: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve. The facility observes holidays on 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, and 01/01/2027. You're allowed to take one holiday off.

Your Experience

• You've got at least 24 months of experience in this specialty, with no breaks in employment longer than 30 consecutive days over the past 24 months.
• You've worked at least 3 months in the last 12 months.

Licenses and Certifications

• You hold an active license in Columbus, OH ; this is required for submission.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).

Other Requirements

• This is a travel role. Local candidates aren't accepted ; you must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination is required after submission, though religious and medical declinations are accepted.
• There's a 24 month gap required if you've worked at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital before, and no current placement is allowed at that same program.
• A driver's license is needed for submission.
• You'll need to complete pre employment modules, and uploading any certifications or health documents to your profile helps speed up onboarding.
• A skills checklist and references are required.

Contract Details

This is a travel assignment starting on 2026 05 18, lasting 14 weeks. It's a night shift position, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week.
