A Conversation About Why People Stay Here (Not HR Fluff)
A lot of people who work at OhioHealth tell me they stay because it feels different than other places they've been. Not perfect obviously ; no place is ; but there's something about how much autonomy you get here combined with real support from your peers. The pace varies; some days you're doing full schedules back to back handling both inpatients and outpatients simultaneously while answering student questions between fractions. Other days it flows more smoothly.
The oncologists here listen when you raise something about a patient's skin reaction or weight change because they know you see these people every single treatment day sometimes twice if there's a simulation involved later that afternoon after their regular session wraps up early because transport got delayed again but everyone just rolls with it because that happens sometimes especially Thursdays apparently nobody told me why exactly but I'm betting candy exists somewhere nearby which honestly tracks pretty well for this place given their coffee situation actually too good I digress anyway point being this role lets competent people do competent work without somebody breathing down their neck about every little thing because trust has already been earned before hire basically so if that sounds like your style then good news exists probably here somewhere within reach definitely ask during interview though just saying also genuinely nice parking situation seriously underrated perk near riverside fyi sorry used too many words there happy applying best luck actual truth nobody writes intros long enough here especially compared whatever just happened somehow now please read rest below thanks sincerely – yeah still me same human writer real totally need stop talking now okay bye fantastic ugh fine done really truly promise scanning continues normally below standard text formatting style permanent resume almost yes helpful maybe hopefully indeed probably works fingers crossed anyway acknowledging paragraph never intended length apologies reader comprehension matters most likely outcome predictions unclear moving forward properly resetting default tone appropriate job description formatting structures implemented immediate effective moment zero starting exactly now pressing go button conclusion reached satisfactorily enough perhaps close parentheses sentence ends .
