This is a Physical Therapist position at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Columbus, OH. You'd be working with Synchrony, which is part of the Trilogy Health Services network. What you'll actually do

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, figuring out their functional limitations and what they need for rehabilitation.
• Build and carry out personalized treatment plans ; that means therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities designed to improve how patients move and function.
• Teach patients and their families about exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and practical strategies for managing their condition day to day.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation on patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. This has to meet both facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to make sure patient care is comprehensive and coordinated.
• Other duties as they come up.

What you need

License: A current, valid state PT licensure or certification. You have to have it and maintain it. A current, valid CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience: 0 to 1 years. This role is open to newer graduates.
