What you'll do

• It’s not a solo act. You’ll collaborate with providers, aides, and other health pros to make sure the patient’s outcomes are as good as they can be.

What you need to bring

• A current, unrestricted LPN license for the state where this job is located.
• Your CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification needs to be current.
• You have to have reliable transportation to get to and from work locations and patient homes.

A note on experience: if you've got practical trach or ventilator care under your belt, that's a definite plus. But it isn't a strict requirement if you don't.
