Inventory Associate

What you'd do

• Use a smartphone or tablet to capture and store inventory data in grocery stores.
• You're interacting with store management and customers while you work; being friendly and outgoing is part of it.
• The job involves moving, bending, standing, and occasionally lifting items up to 10 pounds.
• After each shift, you'll use your device to record and submit your work.
• You'll be working on your own initiative most of the time, but building good relationships with the store team is key.

What we're looking for

• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• A year or two of experience in a merchandising role is required.
• We also need someone who has experience leading or training other people.
• You have to have reliable transportation to get to and from your assigned store in Columbus, OH.
• The physical part is important: you should be able to handle moving around, bending, standing for periods, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• You're comfortable talking with people; store staff, customers; in a friendly way.
• A safety first approach in the retail environment is non negotiable.

The details

The pay starts at $14.00 per hour. No prior experience with this specific task is necessary; we provide training and team support to get you going. If you want more hours down the line, they can often be made available if you ask.
