This is a full time, year round Residential HVAC Service Technician role with Columbus Worthington Air in Columbus, OH. You'll be diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential systems. If you've got two years of experience under your belt and the right certs, this is a place where you can actually make good money ; $80k to $100k or more per year based on performance ; with real stability.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs
• Deliver solid customer service in people's homes ; not just fixing stuff but treating them right
• Keep accurate service records and follow safety standards like it's second nature
• Work alongside experienced leadership who actually invest in ongoing training

What You Need to Bring
