HVAC Technician (Commercial)

What you'd be doing

You'll be the lead on jobs. That means removing old commercial HVAC equipment and getting new systems installed, started up, and dialed in. You'll have a helper assigned to you for support.

• Making sure every install meets local codes and our own standards is a big part of it.
• The job involves talking with customers clearly and leaving a good impression.
• You've got to keep things moving safely without cutting corners on quality.
• It's physical work. You'll be lifting heavy equipment and getting into attics and crawlspaces.

What you need to bring

We need someone who's done this before at a commercial level. Specifically, you need at least four years of Commercial HVAC installation experience under your belt.

• A valid driver's license with a clean record is required; you'll be driving a company vehicle.
• You must have your EPA Certification, or be willing to get it quickly.
• A working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes is essential.
• You should be comfortable being in charge of an install with the support of a helper.
• A background check and drug screening are part of the hiring process.

The details & what we provide

The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 per year. You'll work out of Columbus, OH.
