Director of Nursing

The Role

You'll be the leader for our nursing department. That means guiding the daily work, making sure we have the right people scheduled, and keeping everything running smoothly and compliantly. You'll oversee medication management and documentation. You'll handle the details when residents move in or move out, making sure it all follows the rules. A big part of this is building and keeping good relationships; with your team, with residents and their families, and with our vendors.

What You Need to Bring

• An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years in a nursing leadership role. We'll consider an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• You need to be comfortable with a computer and Microsoft Office.
• Your clinical skills have to be solid, and so does your approach to customer service.
• This job involves complex decisions that affect the whole community. Strong analytical skills and judgment are non negotiable.
• You have to communicate clearly with everyone: your staff, vendors, residents, and families.
• A valid driver's license is required.

The Schedule & Pay

This is a full time role. The pay rate goes up to $100,000 per year, plus there's a bonus opportunity on top of that.
