Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

You're the main point of contact for our customers, both wholesale and retail. That means figuring out what they need, answering questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions.

A big part of this is solving problems quickly to make sure people leave satisfied. You'll also keep up with product features and help maintain the quality and look of our store and its merchandise.

We're looking for someone who can deliver great service while also helping us hit our sales targets every day.

A few things to know

This job involves regular contact with customers, which could include minors. You'll also have access to cash, payment systems, electronics, personal information, and store stock. Because of that, we do review criminal history as part of our process to protect everyone's safety and our business.

You'd be based out of Store #1096 in Columbus, OH, but you need to be ready to work at other stores within a 20 mile radius. The specific locations are listed in the original posting above; please refer to it for those addresses.
