The Work You'll Do

You're expected to organize and sequence tasks on a commercial job site, and then perform them within the schedule. You'll need to read instructions, both written and verbal, and communicate just as clearly back.

• Building layout and elevations
• Reading blueprints and using the right math to get the layout done
• Installing doors and drilling/setting door hardware
• Forming and placing concrete for footings, piers, walls, and columns
• Pumping, placing, and finishing concrete
• Placing concrete on slab on grade and elevated decks
• Working with crane signals and rigging

What You Need to Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred
• At least five years of experience in all phases of commercial construction
• Your own transportation to and from the job site
• Willingness to work within a 50 mile radius of Columbus, OH
• The ability to work in all kinds of seasonal and weather conditions
