What this role actually is
This isn't a traditional administrative assistant position. Apex Focus Group Inc. is looking for people to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You get paid to share your honest opinions on products and services before they hit the market. You can do this from home, online or in person ; it's completely flexible.
Topics you could be asked about
- Child Related: Must have children 18 years or younger living at home.
- Cell Phones: Apple, Android, Windows ; prepaid or contract users both welcome.
- Entertainment: TV shows, movies, video games ; whatever you watch or play.
- Food: Fast food, casual dining, upscale ; if you eat out at all.
- Sports: Casual viewers and die hard fans both needed.
- Electronics: Tell them which devices you prefer and why.
- Pets: Dog owners, cat owners, anything with fur or feathers.
- Automobiles: Do you own your car? Make payments? Lease?
The job responsibilities are simple
- Show up at least 10 minutes before each discussion starts.
- Follow both written and oral instructions during sessions.
- Complete the written survey provided for each panel.
