Duties & Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, document patient histories, and report changes to supervising RNs or doctors.

• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic patient procedures.
• Help patients with daily living activities and educate them on their care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure supplies are stocked.

Requirements

• A current, active LVN license for the state of practice is mandatory.
• CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider is required.
• Experience in a clinic, long term care, or hospital setting is a plus.
• The job involves standing for long periods, lifting patients occasionally, and clear communication under pressure.

Most days you're part of a small pod with other nurses and aides; there's a real team reliance to get through the shift.
