The Work

Your main job is guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. It’s personal, and it requires attention.

• Walk clients through every step of buying or selling a home.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get the best outcome for your client.
• A big part of the job is building your network; clients, other agents, local contacts.
• The relationship doesn't end at closing; follow up is how you build a lasting business.
• You’ll use our real estate software and CRM to keep track of leads and transactions.
• Conducting local market research to understand pricing and trends is a daily task.

What You're Working With

The role is commission based. You earn money for each transaction you complete.

Your income grows with your activity. It takes discipline, but after a few years of building a client base, agents here typically earn between $50,000 and $100,000 yearly. Often more. What you put into it directly shapes what you get out of it.
