General/Operations Manager

What You'll Do Running This Zaxby's

You're the person who makes sure everything at this restaurant runs right. That means leading a team, keeping morale high, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You'll execute action plans tied to company goals and manage daily operations across staffing, team development, sales growth, cost control, and brand standards. It's a hands on role where you set the tone every shift.

You'll complete all required training including Zaxby's General Manager Development Plan, the Operations Excellence Capstone Class, Food Safety Certification, Manager Certification, and any additional training Zax LLC requires. From there, you own the restaurant's performance.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Deliver great guest experiences consistently
• Keep staffing levels right by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
• Make sure team members get proper training with ongoing mentoring and coaching while holding them accountable
• Create effective work schedules on time that drive sales and control labor costs
• Plan shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly; adjust as needed
• Uphold service quality and cleanliness standards without exception
• Build a positive culture where people want to work by being a role model every day
• Manage profitability through sales growth and cost control while developing your team
• Increase sales by building community relationships and delivering outstanding product and service
• Control costs using operational standards that comply with Zaxbys Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines policies and procedures
• Complete performance reviews for crew members; assist with reviews for managers too
• Stay compliant with federal state local laws plus all company guidelines policies procedures
• Use management tools to keep accurate current records neat every time
• Review daily performance metrics then develop action plans that improve systems processes profitability sales or guest experience issues immediately when they come up
• Handle guest complaints concerns injuries professionally timely friendly respectful ; same goes for team member issues like those too if they happen on your watch somehow unexpected inevitably   The Pay & Benefits Package

  $65k - $73k a year.

  A quarterly bonus of up to 24% of annual salary gets paid out each quarter based on performance numbers.
