The short version

Creston Dental & Braces ; a Benevis company ; needs a dentist with serious endodontic experience for a PRN role in Columbia, SC. You'd work 1 to 2 days a month, with a daily compensation of $1,000 up to $2,700 (structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production). It's built around your existing practice.

What you'd actually do

You'll handle the cases that need a confident hand. Root canal therapy, complex and multi canal cases, diagnosing conditions of the tooth pulp and periapical tissues ; that's your lane. You'll use modern endodontic techniques and whatever dental technology is available to get the job done well.

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high quality care
• Collaborate with dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

What the practice brings to the table

You're not walking into a setup that's short on tools. The practice has DentaPro software, digital x ray and Panorex units, and dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures. They also run yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. So you've got backup from day one.

What they're looking for

• A DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high volume endodontic experience as a dentist ; confident managing complex, multi canal, and retreatment cases
• An active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
