The background we need
This isn't an entry level gig. You need to have walked the walk in retail leadership before.
- A minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager is required.
- Show us you know how to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
- You need solid organizational skills and you have to communicate clearly. Influencing others and giving effective feedback are part of the deal.
- Be proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health & safety, and loss prevention.
- Most importantly, you follow through. Ideas are great; executing them successfully is what counts.
The details & how to apply
The pay range starts at $22.70 to $31.20 per hour. That equates to roughly $56,576 to $77,761 annually based on a standard full time schedule. Your actual starting rate will depend on your relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus and overtime pay.
