About the role

You'd be providing direct care to patients and residents. A big part of the job is supervising the day to day work of the nursing assistants assigned to you.
You need to operate by all the rules; federal, state, and local standards; and make sure your team follows the facility's written policies and procedures.
What you need to bring
- An active RN license for the state you live in.
- A current CPR certification.
- The gig requires solid technical skills, assessment skills, and documentation skills. You've got to be able to keep things confidential.
- You'll be coordinating multiple things at once, so being organized and detail oriented matters.
- A customer service mindset helps; you'll need to work well under pressure.
