You'd be providing direct care to patients and residents. A big part of the job is supervising the day to day work of the nursing assistants assigned to you.

What you need to bring

• An active RN license for the state you live in.
• A current CPR certification.
• The gig requires solid technical skills, assessment skills, and documentation skills. You've got to be able to keep things confidential.
• You'll be coordinating multiple things at once, so being organized and detail oriented matters.
• A customer service mindset helps; you'll need to work well under pressure.
