We're hiring right now for a Sales Representative at our airport rental counter in Colorado Springs, CO.

You'll be renting cars. But it's more than just processing contracts. It's about listening to what a traveler actually needs and then suggesting the right products or coverage to make their trip smoother. You use a consultative approach, which is a fancy way of saying you help people feel good about their choices. Your service builds trust, and your sales skills directly boost your paycheck.

What you'd be doing

• Handle the full rental process at our airport counter.
• Listen to customers and recommend products that fit their trip.
• Upsell services in a professional, friendly way.
• You're on site for this one; it isn't a remote position.
• The schedule requires flexibility to work all shifts.
• You'll be sitting, standing, and typing for long stretches.

What you need to bring

• A valid Driver’s License.
• Solid verbal communication skills; you need to connect with people quickly.
• A professional and engaging personality that’s focused on the customer.
• You should be comfortable suggesting add ons based on what someone tells you.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and typing up contracts.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

It’s a real plus if you've got 6 months of experience in real estate, retail, or any kind of consultative sales where things move fast. That environment is familiar territory here.

The money and the perks

The pay starts at $14.50 an hour. There's also an unlimited commission and bonus plan on top of that. A full time employee's average total earnings come out to about $45,160 a year. Depending on your shift, a premium might apply. In New York and Puerto Rico, the hourly wage is paid weekly instead of bi weekly.
