About This Role
Alright, let's talk about the job. This is for a Service Technician, which is what we call our Route Drivers. You're the one out there making sure things work for people. It's a physical, hands on job where you run your own truck and handle portable restrooms and holding tanks from start to finish.
What you'll do on a typical day

- You interact with customers on their work sites. You make sure the service meets their expectations and talk with them about their current and future needs.
- The route isn't always set in stone. Being flexible to adjust when customer needs change is part of the gig.
- We want your input. If you see a way to run the route more efficiently or serve the customer better, you provide that feedback to the operations team.
- All driving and work is done following USS and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and safety standards. Safety isn't just a rule here; it's how you get home each night.

Beyond the paperwork, you've got to be able to manage your time well out on the road. Solving problems on the fly and making good decisions comes with the territory. And since you're the face of USS at many sites, clear communication with customers is essential.
