What you'll do

• Work on offers between buyers and sellers to get the best outcome for your client.
• The job is about relationships. You'll build a network of clients and contacts, and provide support long after a deal closes.
• Use our software and tools to keep track of your leads and transactions.
• Get to know the local market inside and out, so your pricing advice is always sharp.

The money part

You earn commission for every transaction you complete. It's straightforward: more deals means more income. It takes consistent work to build your practice, but after a few years, agents here often earn between $50,000 and $100,000 yearly. Many make more. What you get out of it is directly tied to the work you put into building your client base.
