General/Operations Manager

What you'll be doing

You're in charge of making the business plan work. That means hitting sales goals, managing profit and loss, and making sure customers leave happy. Your day to day is all about execution and people.

• Build and develop your team from the ground up. We're talking staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Drive sales. That's the bottom line.
• Manage your team members directly.
• Track inventory to make sure you've got what you need.
• Provide customer service and ensure expectations are met.
• Conduct meetings with your staff to keep everyone aligned.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Perform regular P&L analysis to understand how the business is performing.

The person we need

You've done this before. You know how to run a busy food service or retail spot, and you're ready for the responsibility that comes with it. Integrity isn't just a word here; it's how you operate as a manager.

• You have 2 3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• You've managed in a high volume retail environment before and been accountable for profit and loss statements.
• You can create and keep a culture that's focused on the customer.
• You demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
• The schedule isn't always 9 to 5. You need to be flexible for nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

The pay & benefits

The starting annual salary range is $57,783.96 to $65,500.00 per year. On top of that base pay, there's also a short term monthly incentive opportunity based on performance.
