The Role

I'm working with a non profit team in Colorado Springs, CO that does real work with underserved communities. They're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who actually cares about the kids they serve. This isn't a high volume clinic where you're just a number. What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and build behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on implementing those BIPs day in and day out.
• Work directly with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to make sure every kid gets coordinated, comprehensive services.
• Collect and analyze data consistently to track progress and adjust BIPs when needed.
• Stay current on the latest ABA research and best practices ; they actually support ongoing learning here.

What You Need to Bring

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis.
• You're already a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or actively working toward certification ; they'll help you finish it.
• 1 to 2 years of ABA experience, minimum.
• Experience working with children in a clinic, an in home setting, or both.
• You'll work mostly onsite in Colorado Springs, CO with some in home sessions.
• A genuine passion for helping children, not just going through the motions.
• Must pass all required state and company background checks.
