What You'll Be Doing

At Mauser Packaging Solutions in Cleveland, OH, you'll work on a production line where meeting standards and hitting your numbers matters. You'll keep your workspace clean and organized, which isn't just about appearances ; it's part of how we make sure everyone stays safe.

You'll follow all safety rules and quality checks throughout your shift. If you need to step off the line for any reason, you'll tell a Production Lead or Supervisor first. That way, we don't drop quality or put anyone at risk. You'll also report any waste or production issues right away. And yeah, your Supervisor or Manager might ask you to do other things as they come up, so flexibility matters.

What You Need

You've worked in a manufacturing environment before
You can handle the pace of a busy production floor
You understand plant safety guidelines and can pass required safety training
You can follow verbal and written instructions ; no guesswork
When something goes wrong, you troubleshoot it and flag the issue
You work well with other people on a team

Physical Demands

This job keeps you on your feet. You could be standing or walking for 8 to 12 hours a shift. You'll use your hands and fingers constantly to do the work. You'll also stoop, kneel, bend, and climb as needed. And you need to be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
