We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to work out of our Cleveland, OH office.

What you'll actually do

• Service and install commercial domestic hot water systems ; things like commercial water heaters, commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks and controls, tankless water heaters and combo units, plus circulating pumps.
• Service and install commercial heating and cooling systems ; hot water and steam heating boilers, forced air units, air conditioners, heat pumps, chilling towers.

What you need to bring

• 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC. Not negotiable.
• A solid understanding of electrical systems.
• CFC Certification ; current or eligible.
• The ability to read commercial wiring schematics like they're second nature.
• You can lift 50 lbs on your own without help.
• Comfortable working outside in all kinds of weather and crawling into tight spaces when needed.
• You'll use ladders regularly for roof access ; no fear of heights here.
