About This Role

The Role

This is a Supply Chain Coordinator position with Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. It's not a desk job where you watch numbers all day. You'll be deep in the operations that get products onto shelves, working with warehouse automation, product customization, and continuous improvement projects. The work is lively, and your ability to handle supply challenges will get tested regularly.

Depending on where you land, here's what you could be doing:

  • Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and across the end to end supply chain
  • Delivering and starting up new equipment, initiatives, and projects
  • Controlling inventory through warehouse management systems and processes
  • Managing timely shipping and receiving of customer orders and supply
  • Designing and using digital tools to drive scale and simplify work
  • Developing and improving standards to hit performance targets for the processing area and become a supplier of choice for customers
  • Working with state of the art robotics and cutting edge technologies like self guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, and automated picking solutions
  • Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
  • Enabling the launch of new products to the market
  • Building learning programs, coaching, and training others
  • Ensuring freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads
  • Optimizing inventory at P&G's warehouses and distribution centers
  • Forecasting customer demand
  • Partnering with retail customers to ensure on shelf availability of P&G products

You'll interact with colleagues from Manufacturing, QA, IT, and Engineering. Your work to assure product supply directly impacts sales and company growth.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a degree with relevant experience
