The Short Version
You want to get into real estate but don't have experience? That's fine. Comey & Shepherd Realtors in Cincinnati, OH will train you from scratch. You'll learn the business alongside people who've been doing it for years. No prior experience needed.
What You'll Actually Do
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process with personalized service
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get favorable terms
- Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
- Provide ongoing client support and follow up to build lasting relationships
- Use real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions
- Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends
What You Get Paid
Full commission structure. You earn money for each transaction you complete. Make more transactions, earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $50,000 to $100,000 yearly or more. The more work you put into building a client base, the more money you make.
