Requirements

  • A solid grasp of basic medical terminology and standard insurance forms (HMOs, PPOs).
  • The ability to navigate an electronic health records system; training on their specific software is provided.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You'll be on your feet periodically, moving between the front desk and clinical areas, and managing frequent phone conversations.
