This isn't your typical administrator role. It's for someone who wants to run the whole show at a home health branch, from clinical quality to the bottom line. You're not just managing people; you're responsible for everything that happens under that roof.

The work is on site in Cincinnati, OH, and some travel to our Huber Heights office is part of it.

What you'll be doing

• You own all aspects of the branch: clinical compliance, growing the business, and hitting financial targets.
• Building an office culture where people want to come to work and can hit their goals.
• Making sure we follow every rule; federal, state, local, and our own internal policies.
• Figuring out where the business needs to go next and laying out the plan to get there.

The background we need

A college degree is required. If it's in nursing, healthcare, or business, even better.

• You've got training and real experience in healthcare administration.
• At least five years of progressive advancement in business, with a minimum of three years spent in management within home health care or a closely related field.
• Experience with financial statements and being accountable for a business unit's profitability is a strong plus.
• A current RN or PT license isn't optional; it's required. Home Health leadership experience is preferred.
