What you'd be doing

You're in the heart of it all. The work is hands on and it matters.

• Sauce wings, grill ribs, prep for the rush; you'll handle the core items that people come here for.
• Our recipes and procedures are there for a reason: consistency. You'll follow them to make sure every plate is right.
• Keeping your station clean and following food safety rules isn't optional; it's part of the job.
• The pace gets intense, especially on weekends. We need folks who can handle that pressure without losing their cool.
• It's all about communication. You'll be talking with managers and the front of house staff to keep service smooth.

What we're looking for

A few non negotiables to be upfront about.

• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• The schedule changes; you have to be available for various shifts.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States.

Beyond that, we want people who show up ready. That means a positive attitude, wearing the correct uniform, and being flexible when things change. Follow the policies, but don't check your personality at the door. Have some fun with it.
