General/Operations Manager

The Role

You'd be the General Manager for our center in Cincinnati, OH. Think of it as running your own small business within our larger mission. Your main job is to make sure everything runs smoothly so our doctors and nurses can focus entirely on patient care. You're the one who handles the day to day operations, leads the support staff, and makes sure we're hitting our goals for both patient health and practice health.

What You'd Be Doing

• Overseeing all center operations from front desk to clinical support.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of non clinical staff.
• Managing the center's budget and financial performance.
• Ensuring we provide an exceptional experience for every patient who walks in.
• Driving initiatives that improve our quality of care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating directly with the physicians and clinical leadership as their key operational partner.

The Details

The salary range for this position is $166,652 to $238,075 per year. Where you land in that range depends on your experience, education, location (Cincinnati, OH), and other relevant factors. On top of that base salary, there's potential eligibility for bonuses or commissions based on performance.
