What you'll do

The job is hands on from start to finish. You've got to keep your head in the game.

• Follow food safety and sanitation rules to the letter. No shortcuts.
• Stick to the recipes and cooking procedures. Consistency is everything.
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean. It's a safety thing and a pride thing.
• Talk with managers and the front of house staff. The left hand needs to know what the right hand is doing.
• Work through rushes and stressful moments without letting it show. A good attitude here goes a long way.

What we're looking for

• Reliable transportation is a must.
• The schedule changes; you have to be available for various shifts, including weekends.
