This Is a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian Role

What You'll Actually Do

Build a thriving practice culture. From day one, you're the architect of a client first, collaborative environment. You set the tone for medical excellence and teamwork.

Lead and mentor your medical team. You'll recruit, onboard, and develop your associate veterinarians and paraprofessional staff. Your goal: a team that's highly skilled, efficient, and truly engaged.

Drive medical and surgical excellence. You set and maintain the standard of care. That includes delivering excellent patient care and mentoring others in general surgery and dentistry.

Partner in business ownership. You'll work directly with your Hospital Manager to manage the hospital's financial performance. You'll make strategic decisions that drive top line revenue growth and long term success.

What You Need to Bring

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and an active license in good standing to practice.
At least 4 years of experience as a veterinarian, with a strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
A compassionate, collaborative leadership style ; you can mentor associate veterinarians and support staff effectively.
An entrepreneurial spirit. You understand what it takes to run a successful practice.
Previous formal leadership or management experience is a significant plus, but not required.
