The Work You'll Do
You're providing physical therapy services to help patients restore function and improve mobility, all with the goal of supporting a safe discharge. It's hands on, collaborative, and directly impacts someone's recovery journey.
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Your interventions will focus on mobility, gait training, and building functional skills.
- A big part of the role is supporting early mobility and helping patients progress during their hospital stay.
- You'll collaborate daily with nurses, doctors, and other specialists on care planning and discharge coordination.
- Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and safety is crucial.
- And of course, keeping your clinical documentation accurate and compliant rounds it out.
What You Need to Bring
We're looking for the right mix of education and certification. New graduates are genuinely encouraged to apply; we have a structured onboarding and mentorship program to help you transition into acute care.
- A Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- You must hold a current state Physical Therapy license.
- You also need a current BCLS (AHA) certificate when you start, and you'll maintain it while you're here.
The Details & What We Offer
This is a full time position working day shifts. The gross weekly salary range is $1,505.20 to $2,289.20 for a 40 hour week. That translates to an estimated hourly rate between $37.63 and $57.23. The exact offer will depend on your experience and credentials.
There's a $15,000 sign on bonus available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms are something we'll go over during the interview process.
